The Zero Project, an Essl Foundation-funded nonprofit, recognized ODEP’s Community College Pathways to Careers for Youth and Young Adults initiative with a 2020 Innovative Policy award. The Pathways projects are Universal Pathways to Employment at Pellissippi State Community College in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Onondaga Pathways to Careers at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York. The programs were selected for their promising outcomes and potential for replication in integrating academics and career services to increase graduation rates and job placement for students with disabilities.
