New Resource: Definition of a Disability Fact Sheet

The Great Plains ADA Center produced a new fact sheet that explains how the ADA defines a person with a disability and the criteria used to determine if a person is covered by the ADA definition. The fact sheet explains the regulatory terminology and provides numerous examples.
