FCC Releases ASL Video on the 2017 Video Relay Services (VRS) Improvements Order

Earlier this year, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) adopted a new order, along with various proposals, in order to take steps to improve the quality of Video Relay Services (VRS). This item is designed to enhance VRS service quality and proposes a new provider compensation plan to better ensure that the experience of individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, or have speech disabilities is functionally equivalent to voice telephone services.
