Participate in Burn Injury Study Survey

The Life Impact Burn Recovery Evaluation (LIBRE) seeks participants for a Pilot Study to test the questions included in the LIBRE Profile. The LIBRE Profile is a questionnaire to measure the social impact of a burn injury. LIBRE is looking for 300 burn survivors to test the LIBRE Profile by completing two surveys at two different time points.
Even if you have participated in past LIBRE Project phases you may still be eligible to participate.
For their time, participants will receive a $25 Visa gift card after the completion of Survey 1, and an additional $25 Visa gift card after completion of Survey 2.
You can participate if you are:
- A burn survivor
- Have a total burn surface area (TBSA) of 5% or greater, or a burn to critical area
- 18 years or older
- Have an email address and access to the internet
- Able to communicate in English
