Justice Department Reaches Settlement Agreement with Dollar General

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has posted to its ADA.gov website a copy of a settlement agreement with Dollar General Stores in the State of Alabama. The Settlement Agreement with Dolgencorp, LLC ("Dollar General"), by and through all three United States Attorneys for the state of Alabama, is to redress discrimination on the basis of disability in violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
