Department of Education Issues Guidance on Resolving Special Education Disputes During Pandemic

The U.S. Department of Education issued two new question-and-answer documents outlining dispute resolution procedures under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) during the current COVID-19 environment. One publication answers questions related to early intervention services for young children, and the other answers questions related to special education services for school-aged children.
