Learn More About the Georgia STABLE Program at Presentations on August 29th
July 18, 2019
Source: Georgia State Office of the Treasurer
On behalf of the Georgia ABLE Program Corporation, everyone is invited on August 29, 2019 to two different presentations about the Georgia STABLE program. One presentation is for professionals supporting people with disabilities and one is for people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers.
Georgia STABLE is Georgia’s Savings Plan for People with Disabilities. The Georgia STABLE program enables people with disabilities to dramatically increase the ability to save and invest without losing eligibility for certain public benefit programs. We hope you will attend this event or sending a representative so that we might better partner with you and spread the word about this excellent savings resource. We want to increase awareness of the program and expand enrollment statewide. The events are sponsored by the Georgia Office of the State Treasurer, Georgia Department of Community Health, and other agencies.
If you cannot attend in-person, you can tune in on Facebook to the live stream at facebook.com/georgiaddcouncil. On-screen transcription and ASL interpreters will be provided.
