Settlement Agreement Between the United States of America and NextGen Childcare Center, LLC.

There was a recent ADA Title III Settlement Agreement between the United States of America and NexGen Childcare Center, LLC. NexGen owns and operates a childcare facility in Stallings, North Carolina. The ADA complaint alleged that NexGen denied participation in its goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations, and did not afford equal goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations to a child, on the basis of the child’s disability.
