Description:

Best Livestock handling practices are key to avoiding primary and secondary injury to farmers as well as livestock. This presentation will focus on developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to fit your livestock operation. Additionally, new labor-saving technology will be highlighted and discussed with the purpose of minimizing stress for both livestock and farmer.

Register at the web link below. These sessions will run every Tuesday from February 2nd to August 31st, starting at 1:00 pm Eastern Time. You only need to register once to have access to all of the FREE sessions. Sessions will use Zoom and last 1 to 1.5 hours. You can attend as many as you like. Once you register, you will be sent the Zoom link that will be used for all sessions. A list of the sessions with descriptions is available on the NTW tab on the National AgrAbility Project website at www.agrability.org/agrability-national-training-workshop.
