Description:

Presenters will discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way mental health professionals and youth peers serve their clients and the toll that it may be taking on these providers. Presenters will also discuss how organizations can support youth peer staff, including supervision strategies and guiding these young specialists to support their peers while maintaining boundaries. Registration is free and required. This project is also supported by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
