Requirements for CEU Credit Request

The Webinar Series for Business is submitted for Continuing Education Units (CEU) approval to the University College at Syracuse University.

Cost: Free (no credit fee).

To earn CEU credit, you must meet ALL the following requirements:

  1. Register for the webinar prior to the scheduled start time
    Login to your Account, or if a first time participant in our webinars, create New Account.
  2. Participate in the entire webinar as scheduled.
    Download, complete and submit CEU Request Form.

CEU Request Form

  1. After the webinar, Login to your Account.
  2. From the Account Manager, select link: My Events.
  3. Select the webinar link for which you seek CEU credit.
  4. Select link: CEU Request Form
  5. Download and follow the instructions to complete the CEU Request Form including:
    a) Participant, Address, Phone, & Contact;
    b) Course Information;
    c) Sign and date Participant Acknowledgement.

  7. After receipt, Southeast ADA Center will verify your CEU Request.
  8. Your CEU Request Form will be sent for processing by University College at Syracuse University.
  9. You should receive your CEU Certificate by mail in 4-8 weeks.


It is your responsibility if you earned CEU credit, to complete the CEU Request Form then print, sign, and submit to the Southeast ADA Center; after verification, your CEU Certificate will be mailed in 4-8 weeks.
