Ms. Mirelle A. King

Ms. King is the Senior Manager of Compliance & Programs within Equal Employment (EEO) Services for Lockheed Martin. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance reviews conducted by the Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
Additionally, Mirelle has served on the enterprise-wide Focus on Ability (FOA) team since 2005. The team is charged with striving to make Lockheed Martin a more inclusive employer for persons with disabilities, with an emphasis on recruitment, development and retention. In June 2009, Mirelle assumed leadership of the FOA team.
Ms. Butler received her B.A. degree from West Virginia University and her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
Mirelle has over ten years of service with Lockheed Martin and five years experience within the EEO field. She has served various roles within HR including as a HR Business Partner, within Pensions and with the Employee Operations department.
