Summary and Outcome Goals

This research project from the DBTAC: Southeast ADA Center (Southeast DBTAC) addresses the hiring of people with disabilities and looks at how corporate policies affect the hiring, retaining and promotion of people with disabilities. This study will use surveys, focus groups, and interviews to identify corporate policies and values that facilitiate increased hiring and lower turnover rates of employees with disabilities. Companies in this study include Fortune 500 companies and National Freedom Initiative winners.
