Take This Survey for Community Transportation Service Providers

November 13, 2019
Source: National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC)

To advance their work in addressing the mobility needs of older adults, people with disabilities, caregivers, and communities, the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC) is working with KRC Research to conduct a nationwide survey of transportation providers, professionals, and stakeholders.

In 2018, NADTC conducted a groundbreaking survey of older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers in 2018 to learn about the needs and challenges these audiences face.

As a transportation services provider, your participation in this survey is very important, because with the information we gather, we can better understand experiences, perspectives and needs and can more effectively address the technical assistance needs of transportation programs in their efforts to better serve older adults and people with disabilities.

You may receive this request to participate in the survey from multiple sources as NADTC is working with several organizations to reach transportation providers and stakeholders. Please complete the survey only once. We recommend taking this survey on a computer (desktop or laptop). You can simply start and stop the survey by placing a bookmark and coming back to the same computer or device to pick up where you left off.

The survey will be open until Sunday, December 8.

For questions regarding this survey and its purpose, please contact Virginia Dize, NADTC Co-Director at (202) 872-0888, or vdize@n4a.org.

For technical support while completing the survey, please contact Eric Roberts at KRC Research at eroberts@krcresearch.com.
