The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on federal agenciesí obligations to engage in affirmative action in employment for individuals with disabilities.
The comment period closes on April 25, 2016 for the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM).
