Department of Justice Publishes New ADA Technical Assistance Brochure: Protecting the Rights of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS

The Department of Justice has published a new tri-fold brochure, Protecting the Rights of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS | PDF 2 pages, to explain the rights of persons with HIV/AIDS under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the requirements of the ADA for employers, businesses, non-profit agencies, and State and local governments with respect to persons with HIV/AIDS. This two-sided brochure (print using “Tablet” setting) summarizes the more detailed document, Questions and Answers: The Americans with Disabilities Act and Persons with HIV/AIDS | PDF 14 pages. Duplication and wide distribution of both documents is encouraged.
