The Project ENABLE (Expanding Nondiscriminatory Access By Libraries Everywhere) received a $253,715 grant award from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) to expand their inclusive library program and service professional development program to public and academic librarians nationwide (2013-15). Project ENABLE is a partnership between the Syracuse University iSchool Center for Digital Literacy (Ruth Small and Renee Franklin Hill) and the Burton Blatt Institute (William Myhill). Since 2010 Project ENABLE has focused on face-to-face and online training for school librarians to help them better design and implement their library and information programs and services for students with disabilities.
