September 20, 2012

News source: Department of Justice ADA Website

Under a recent Settlement Agreement reached with the Department of Justice, VIP's Jet Tours Corp./Pegasus Transportation, an Orlando, Florida, transportation company, must comply with all requirements of accessible service and operations, provide training to all employees and contractors about the requirements of the ADA, and file required annual reports.

These matters were initiated by compliance reviews conducted by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) of the United States Department of Transportation. FMCSA provided the information it collected as part of its compliance review to the Department of Justice for further review.
