Letters Regarding Pool Accessibility Added to

Two letters, one to the American Hotel and Lodging Association and the other to the Asian American Hotel Owners Association, regarding accessible entry and exit for swimming pools and spas have been added to and are now available.

On January 31, 2012, the Department of Justice issued guidance on pool accessibility to address the requirements of the 2010 Revised Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design.
