Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Announces New Complaint Procedures

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has implemented new complaint procedures as required under the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act. Under the new procedures, consumers may choose to contact a company directly to resolve an accessibility problem. Consumers can find contact information for company accessibility representatives online, by email, or by calling (202) 418-2517 (voice)or (202) 418-2922 (TTY).
