Where Do I File A Complaint? A Quick Review of ADA Enforcement Options

Tuesday, August 11, 2020
12:30 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. EST

Cost: Free

Format: Webinar

Where: Online/Web-based

Mid-Atlantic ADA Center, member of the ADA National Network

The American with Disabilities Act (ADA) is broken into five Titles, and each Title is enforced by a different federal agency. There is not one central agency that manages all complaints. How do you determine which one can help you, and the best option for a timely resolution?

Join us for a brief overview of how ADA enforcement works, the agencies that enforce your rights, and how to file a charge of discrimination. We will also share information on state and local options that may assist in resolving or mediating disability-related issues.
