Keynote speakers include Judy Heumann, American disability rights activist; John Kemp, American disability rights leader who co-founded the American Association of People with Disabilities; Dr. Victor Pineda, globally recognized human rights activist; and Keller Thompson, director of Education for the Helen Keller Eye Research Foundation.

The two-day Symposium is open to the public. To make it accessible to a broad audience, the registration fees are kept low. Registration fees vary from $0 to $40. Meals, receptions, and conference materials are included in the price.
