This webinar will preview the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center’s newest customer service training resource for frontline employees. If you manage a business, professional office, government office, etc., you know how important it is for frontline staff to provide exemplary customer service to people with disabilities. Our customer service toolkit will help you train your staff by giving them both practical guidance and fundamental principles for appropriate and respectful interactions.
