TransCen, Inc. and the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center

Description:

Signs play a valuable role in the design of any public space. However, their value does little good for the millions of Americans who are blind and visually impaired if basic accessibility guidelines are ignored. Join the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center on February 15th for a 30-minute webinar on the key steps toward assuring proper guidelines are met for appropriate accessible signage. Anthony Stephens, director of advocacy and governmental affairs for the American Council of the Blind, will be providing key information for an architectural barrier that is unfortunately as easy to overlook as it is to remedy.
