FCC Seeks Comment on Recent Developments in the Video Description Marketplace

On February 4, 2019, the FCC’s Media Bureau released a public notice seeking information on recent developments in the video description marketplace affecting the availability, use, benefits, and costs of video description to prepare a Report to Congress due later this year.
